After-Sales Service Declaration
1, Equipment Handover.
We provide overseas training for buyer, including the machine installation&testing, operation teach, basic maintenance tech, circuit diagram sharing...and so on.
a), Training time: Usually need 7 days.
b), Training fee: $70 / day
c), Accommodation&Round tickets: Buyer support
2, Buyer Using Period.
We provide 1 year warranty to buyer.
&), Spare parts.
a,), some additional spare parts like the drilling&milling blades, electric parts...will be given to buyer with the machine, this is free.
b), during the warranty period, buyer could enjoy the spare parts replacement for free if any parts damaged(unintentional damage).
c), the new parts send to buyer via Express like DHL, TNT...we will pay the express fee.
d), wearing parts like milling blade,saw blade...not in the warranty range.
&), Machine breakdown handle.
a), We have 5 engineers in head office will give in-time online support, usually use the remote control software or video call (like Skype, Facetime,) or via buyer send us the videos and photos, no affect the buyer’s normal work.
b), If necessary, We could send our engineer to customer factory directly and buyer need to support the round flight tickets and service fees to engineer.
